I was in severe pains and dilemma…I couldn’t control the way I was urinating. 

Whether I was at home or outside, I was always rushing to the nearest toilet or bush to ‘piss’

I thought it was a drug treatment not knowing that it was a catheter (it is like a rope or mostly like a tube)… the catheter was up inside my penis up to my bladder so as to enable me urinate well.

I looked at myself on the hospital bed and shaked my head…

I looked at my wife and she looked at me too, we didn’t say anything to each other but the silence was thick with sorrow and sadness.
